Do you care about green IT? I’m not sure it is top of people’s lists much outside the datacentre as other priorities have come to the front (like survival…!).

What is the best corporate jolly you have ever been on/taken partners on? A Gartner analyst briefing in Monte Carlo; gambling chips and helicopter included.
Has 2009 been as bad as everyone said it would be? Yes. Anyone who is claiming to be unaffected is smoking some serious herb, or buying business at a loss. BT Global Services have proved the folly of that model.
Have any of your predictions come true this year? Yes, Leinster lifted the Heineken Cup, and Ireland won the Grand Slam!
What do you see as the channel’s biggest challenge in 2010? Getting back to full service offerings after the cutbacks and pruning, keeping enough value in-house rather than outsourcing/partnering to avoid headcount issues.
