Experience with distribution networks/channels, IT vendors and serving a global membership with products and services to help them advance the IT industry.

If you could be anyone else for a week, who would you be and what would you do? I would promote Kiva.org around the world, to help those less fortunate, but still ambitious to make something of themselves.

What would you have as your last meal? A one-kilo bar of Galaxy chocolate.

What is the best corporate jolly you have ever been on/taken partners on? Catamaran/snorkelling in Puerto Rico (a previous employer).

Do you see the cloud as a threat or an opportunity? It’s an opportunity to modify the business model and for the channel to become trusted advisors.

Have any of your predictions come true this year? The mobility of computers and the tablet PC to become the Christmas best-seller.

What do you see as the channel’s biggest challenge in 2011? Competition and differentiation.

What is the best part of your day? It’s between 7am and 9am, before the telephone starts to ring.
