Everyone will work out that cloud simply means SaaS or IaaS, and private or public simply mean on-premise/off-premise customer asset or off-premise multi-tenanted.
What do you see as the channel's biggest challenge in 2012?
Deciding whether they become a service provider or a service provider's reseller.

Riding in lifts.
