The coming year is sure to be a big one for Redstone. The former buy-and-build specialist was just a third of its former size this time last year, having admitted that during its incarnation as a £200m heavyweight, it had become bloated and financially troubled. But it recently got back into the acquisition game, and is set to add £24m in revenue from troubled rival Maxima. But it will need to work on turning round the fortunes of the ailing company.
