What will next year's most overhyped industry buzzword be? BYOD.
Has 2012 been a good, bad or ugly year? The market is difficult with less opportunity and less money to go around, and many people trying to feed from the same pond. If the market continues as such, working capital will become increasingly tight with clients taking or negotiating longer payment terms.
What would you have as your last meal? Gammon, eggs and chips - heaven.
What keeps you awake at night? Too many Irish coffees late at night after a great meal.
What piece of technology could you not be without? My iPad.
Have any of your predictions come true this year? Yes, difficult times with the need to change the engagement model at all levels.
What is the best partner/customer trip you have ever been on? The Arrow trips are excellent, especially when Steve Pearce is on form.
What do you see as the channel's biggest challenge in 2013? Differentiating ourselves and showing value.
