If you could be anyone else for a week, who would you be? Jeff Bezos as I would love to understand first-hand how Amazon operates.
What will next year's most overhyped industry buzzword be? I'm not sure I see one. I think 2013 will be the year when previously overhyped trends around cloud, big data and analytics finally deliver. No doubt during 2013 we will be focusing on new buzzwords.
Has 2012 been a good, bad or ugly year? In different ways all of those and I guess if it wasn't like that then we wouldn't be challenging ourselves to drive further growth and innovation. That said, I think we could all do with the economy perking up.
What would you have as your last meal? Probably a New York Strip in an American Steakhouse with USDA beef.
What keeps you awake at night? Very little.
What piece of technology could you not be without? My Garmin 910XT.
Have any of your predictions come true this year? I'm not sure but I am happy that my pessimistic prediction of London 2012 was gloriously wrong. What a great summer!
What is the best partner/customer trip you have ever been on? Probably the Champions League Final this year where the pain of seeing Chelsea win was compensated by Spurs being dumped into the Thursday night cup.
What do you see as the channel's biggest challenge in 2013? Staying relevant to customers when so much around us is changing.
