Managing director, Comms-care Group

What was the worst job you have ever had?

A pizza delivery boy in Tenerife, although it did have it perks - mainly pizza.

Which actor would you pick to play you in a movie of your life?

Craig Cash, according to my colleagues - although I'm thinking Sean Connery in his Bond days. Why? Because he's smooth like me. Connery that is, not Cash.

What do you do as your party trick?

Always be the last to bed!

What is your favourite chocolate bar?

None, I'm an athlete.

What has been the highlight of your career to date?

Seeing my business grow from three people to more than 200. Winning the prestigious Comms-care Golf Day after many years of trying was also up there!

Has 2014 been a good, bad or ugly year?

Good, with many opportunities, although we all need to move with the times to stay ahead of the game.

How would you explain the IT channel to a stranger without boring them to death?

I'd send them to the CRN website.

Aside from the channel, my dream career would be... a maid in the Playboy mansion.

What major issues will the channel face in 2015?

As technologies change, resellers may face a skills shortage. The solution? Comms-care!
