What has been the highlight of your career to date?
Starting TQ from my second bedroom to where we are now - watching the business grow is amazing.
Has 2014 been a good, bad or ugly year?
It has been an absolutely brilliant year, with the growth of the business, the great partnerships made and the fantastic new staff that have joined.
Aside from the channel, my dream career would be... a professional cyclist.
