What has been the highlight of your career to date?
Going from £60k a year to £32m a year and a continuing increase in profit.

It has been a good year. We've smashed all of our previous records and targets and there's still room for 2015 to be even better.
How would you explain the IT channel to a stranger without boring them to death?
I wouldn't bother. Never talk shop outside of work - it's boring.
Aside from the channel, my dream career would be... playing in the number 7 shirt for Manchester United, but as they've just sign Angel Di Maria I might not get a call.
What major issues will the channel face in 2015?
Nothing that can't be overcome; it's easy to talk yourself into trouble.
