What was the worst job you have ever had?
I've never really had a job I didn't like. I did carpet fitting, van driving, gardening and car valeting to get through college, then got a job in IT and never looked back.
Which actor would you pick to play you in a movie of your life?
Micheal Douglas. He's an amazing actor and I think he may just be able to carry me off.
What do you do as your party trick?
I say I'm going to the toilet in a nightclub and instead going home. It's now known as ‘doing a Sweeney'.
What is your favourite chocolate bar?
Rasin and Biscuit Yorkie. You don't always see them so it's a must when you come across one.
What has been the highlight of your career to date?
Every year is a new highlight. Every year we find a new level to operate the business at.
Has 2014 been a good, bad or ugly year?
It's been a great year. We continue to grow and offer opportunities for our fabulous team.
How would you explain the IT channel to a stranger without boring them to death?
It's like no other industry; it's constantly changing and they should get themselves in the mix.
Aside from the channel, my dream career would be... I feel I missed my way as a racing driver. I love anything with an engine and wheels.
What major issues will the channel face in 2015?
Finding good people.
