What achievement are you most proud of?
Building and implementing a sales career and learning and development programme at Tech Data providing our staff with industry leading personal development programmes aligned to career progression within either sales or cross functional within Tech Data.
What has been the biggest change in the channel since you started working in it?
Everything is smaller, faster and costs less, but nothing has become simpler.
What three things could you not live without?
My phone, my car and my Reading FC season ticket.
What has been your most embarrassing moment so far?

Sell computers - I guess that is not too far from the truth.

What would be your first act if you were made Prime Minister?
Ban speed cameras.
Has 2015 been a good, bad or ugly year?
It has been a good year. We have made great progress and had fun along the way.
If you didn't work in the IT channel, what would you do?
Racing car driver.
What major issues will the channel face in 2016?
Recruitment will be a major thorn in the channel's side; finding enough good staff will be essential for the channel to meet the user demand.
