What achievement are you most proud of?

Forming and growing Cisco in the UK to over £300m of revenue in the 1990s.

What has been the biggest change in the channel since you started working in it?

As it's been about a hundred years since I came into the channel, every significant change in the industry has been big but probably the transition to cloud which has now reached mass adoption.

What three things could you not live without?

1. My iPhone, which contains my whole life. 2. My Kindle Fire - a great gadget when travelling so I don't have to carry a load of books. 3. My laptop so I can keep up to date with work and the news.

What has been your most embarrassing moment so far?

Nope, I'm not giving that one away.

What do your family think you do all day?

My dear old Mum thinks I fix computers!

Who is your ultimate celeb crush?

Can I have two? Sharon Stone and Stevie Nicks.

What is your guilty pleasure?

Wine Gums or Crunchie Bars but I don't really feel guilty!

What would be your first act if you were made Prime Minister?

Make Sharon Stone my deputy.

Has 2015 been a good, bad or ugly year?

I think the jury is still out.

If you didn't work in the IT channel, what would you do?

A pilot.

What major issues will the channel face in 2016?

Continuing the transition to "everything" as a service.
