Director of corporate services at SCC
Career history: Started at SCC in June 1988 in sales as an account manager, progressing through sales management to become the public sector sales director in 1997 before becoming director of corporate services.
Measure of influence: Responsible for 150 staff and remit includes marketing, procurement, partner and alliances management and support services.
Activities to advance women in tech: Spent three years on the board of the Greater Birmingham and Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership (GBSLEP) leading on innovation for the West Midlands. Sits on the main Board of TechUK who have a strong agenda focus on women in tech (WIT) and have spoken on behalf of the Princes Trust on WIT at local events.
What's been your career highlight so far?
SCC securing the first PAN government accreditation for its Sentinel Cloud services which was a project I was personally heavily involved in.
