How significant an issue do you see the lack of women in the UK IT channel?
I would love to see the day when we did not even have to discuss gender imbalance because there is no longer one of note. The business is evolving, perhaps too slowly, however, and it is every leader's responsibility, whatever gender, to make our work environments appealing and welcoming for new generations.
