My eldest daughter's GCSE results. It's great to see hard work paying off.

Increase pay in the public services.
What's the biggest untapped opportunity facing the channel?
Services. Enterprise doesn't have enough resource and skills, and the workload and complexity is increasing.
What is your most treasured possession?
My Specialized carbon road bike.

Who has been your mentor in business?
Neil Ledger and Ian Morris; I couldn't split them.
