We're asking vendors and channel partners alike to complete our five-minute survey to win a free Amazon gift voucher

CRN  and sister title Channel Partner Insight are conducting some exclusive research into how well vendors really understand the business needs of their channel partners.

Vendor partner programmes often include a raft of incentives and rewards to keep channel partners engaged and loyal. But how many vendors are really equipping their partners with the tools they need to thrive in an increasingly challenging marketplace?

Our research, sponsored by Perks WW, is looking to determine whether vendors truly understand their partners and if this is reflected in how they incentivise the channel.

A vendor's reputation in the channel can make or break its business. Making yourself easy to work with and easy to make profit from will certainly go a long way in earning the channel's trust.

We want to hear from both vendors and partners about which programme components and services are seen as most valuable. What makes a vendor a friend or foe to the channel? Which incentives or reward schemes work, and which don't?

Win a £3 Amazon gift voucher by taking five minutes to complete our survey here.

All responses will remain completely anonymous.
