Are you a channel transformer?

The channel is seeing the emergence of the 360 transformer; companies that are not only embracing digital technology change, but also cultural change. At an upcoming CRN event next month in association with Agilitas, hear from industry leaders such as Softcat, on how they are harnessing the 360 transformation opportunity

A successful channel business can no longer just focus on one aspect of transformation to survive in this ever-competitive marketplace, it must focus on technology, culture and its people.

As expectations from new generations of workers evolve to cover the need for flexible working and a proper work/life balance, firms that neglect to factor this into their business plans and just look inwards, will struggle to attract the next wave of talent, which in turn has a knock-on effect in terms of ability to address increasingly complex customer needs.

A CRN On event on 6 November, in association with Agilitas, will address these pressing issues head on, and delegates will hear snippets from bespoke research which has questioned over 100 channel players on their own transformation plans and challenges. A special report based on the research and the event itself will also be sent out to all attendees shortly after the event.

During the half day event at One Moorgate Place in central London, the audience will hear from market leading VAR Softcat on how its people are at the heart of its transformation plans, and also from the Applied Influence Group, which uses intelligence gained by its founders through active military operations in places such as Afghanistan to help companies identify and address challenges as they prepare for the future.

The half day event will also feature a panel discussion on transformation challenges, comprised of leading channel bosses and a prominent end user CIO.
