Bullish vendor celebrates 10 anniversary with increase in turnover

Juniper Networks has posted strong end of year results with a 54 per cent rise in turnover from $1.336m in 2004 to $2.064m last year.

The networking vendor's net revenue for the fourth quarter of 2005 was $575.5m, compared with $430.1m for the fourth quarter of 2004, an increase of 34 per cent.

Scott Kriens, chief executive at Juniper Networks, said: "I’m pleased to report another strong quarter and the completion of a year characterised by growth across multiple dimensions.

"Juniper remains at the intersection of opportunity, where the increasing and strategic importance of today’s network demands the integrated best-in-class solutions that the company was built to deliver.

"As we surpass annual revenues of $2bn on the eve of our 10th anniversary we see a bright future, founded in the confidence our customers have placed in Juniper," added Kriens.
