ATC hints at strong FY2007 performance

Bullish VAR/distributor confident of positive 2007 financial results

Hybrid reseller/distributor AT Communications (ATC) has hailed its split into three separate operating divisions a success by revealing its year-end results will be in line with market expectations.

In a statement to the London Stock Exchange, the firm said it expects full-year results, ended 31 December 2007 to be around £89m with a pre-tax profit of £6.2m.

Back in 2006, the firm reorganised into three different units - ATC direct sales, Rocom channel and distribution business and an independent services operation (CRN, 21 August 2006).

Separately, two executives from the firm have been buying up more shares in ATC. Finance director Ian Crawley and chief executive Alex Tupman have both invested in more shares this week.
