ADA Technology Services adopts Peracto customers

VARs come to an arrangement to hand over 30 Microsoft Dynamics customers as Peracto pursues other avenues of business

Shaking on it: ADA Technology Services will handle the support and services for Peracto's Microsoft Dymanics customers

VAR ADA Technology Services (ADA) has swelled its Microsoft Dymanics customer base after former rival Peracto Solutions decided to exit that part of the market.

As a result of the agreement, ADA has taken on some 30 new customers, as Peracto looks to pursue other business opportunities. The move has been approved by Microsoft.

Bal Phull, managing director of Peracto Solutions, explained: “To ensure that a first-class service is continuously provided to all of our customers affected by this change, I, in conjunction with Microsoft have sought a first-class Dynamics NAV partner to take up our business.

“Given ADA’s breadth of experience with Microsoft Dynamics, I am delighted that they have agreed to take on this role. ADA will fulfil all of Peracto’s ongoing contractual service and support agreements from March 2010.”

Dave Rabson, chief executive of ADA, said: “ADA has invested heavily in its online Microsoft Dynamics business in recent years and is well known for the level of service it provides.

“ADA’s ability to deliver the entire Microsoft Dynamics product range, combined with its approach based on customer value, will ensure that the customers affected by this transition will experience an enhanced level of service.”

Carl Grieves, director of ADA’s Business Solutions Group said the move would cause minimum disruption to the customers in question.

“The primary focus of both ADA and Microsoft is to provide a seamless support service with zero disruption,” he said. “This transition is a great endorsement for ADA’s Microsoft Dynamics expertise and its ability to provide an exceptional level of service and support to customers.”
