Contact centre software vendor tempts resellers with new partner programme
Contact centre software application vendor Rostrvm Solutions is on a partner recruitment drive after launching a channel programme.
The programme offers sales and technical training, pre and post sales support, a partner portal and incentives to reward partner success.
The rostrvm call centre software suite uses SIP voice over IP (VoIP) to extend formal call centre structures to the informal contact centre. This ensures easy management, evaluation and planning of multimedia contact handling as well as skills-based routing and call back management, the vendor said.
The software is designed to integrate with existing back-end systems to produce a solution which meets each customer’s requirements.
