Irish eyes smile on Telindus
VAR claims new Dublin office will allow it to provide four-hour SLAs across the country
Bridging the divide: Telindus claims new Dublin premises will allow it to get closer to its customers
Telindus has relocated to larger offices in Dublin in a bid to get closer to its Irish customer base.
The networking VAR said the new office in Blanchardstown Corporate Park will allow it to provide four-hour restore service level agreements (SLAs) across the country.
The relocation is just part of a series of investments the Belgacom-owned firm has made in Ireland recently – it has also recently opened pre-staging facilities, staging labs and 24-7 network operations centre and demonstration suites.
Telindus first expanded into Ireland in 2007 and immediately earmarked aggressive growth as a priority.
Darragh Richardson, country manager at Telindus Ireland, said: “As well as international clients, a number of service provider clients need a tight SLA throughout Ireland as the network is their business and any downtime could result in customer loss.
“Our new office is part of our ongoing investment in facilities and staff throughout Ireland.”
Telindus added that the new facility will conform to its ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 accreditations.
