Daisy predicted to make third acquisition

After ATC and Eurotel deals, speculation mounts of another deal this week with part of Redstone group a rumoured target

Breaking the bank: Daisy has already spent upwards of £20m this week

According to channel speculation, telecoms firm Daisy could be set to top off a busy week by closing a third acquisition in as many days.

Sources have indicated to CRN that another buy-out is set to be announced before the end of this week. Speculation suggests part of IT and telecoms integrator Redstone could be a possible target.

Yesterday the company bought resale and services firm ATC and VAR Eurotel for a combined cash price of more than £20m. After being founded in 2001, Daisy closed its first acquisitions in 2004 and has since sealed more than 20 buy-outs.
