Servassure links arms with Samsung
Daisy subsidiary is only second UK firm to achieve Accredited Service Partner status with Samsung

Servassure's 2010 growth plans have got off to a flying start after the service provider secured Accredited Service Partner status with Samsung.
The accolade, which starts on 1 January 2010 and covers the Network Division within Samsung, means that Servassure will become the first port of call for any new Samsung partners when they need support for professional services such as installations and maintenance.
Servassure was snapped up by VAR Daisy Telecom last month as part of its buy out of AT Communications. Daisy made clear its intentions that the services firm would stand on its own two feet with clear financial backing for growth.
Peter Orr, Servassure’s sales director, said the partnership would help save Samsung resellers some money.
“By establishing an accredited service partner program Samsung are alleviating partners of the need to invest in extra resources as they can rely us to carry out work on their behalf under a white label banner," he claimed. “This quick go-to-market strategy will in turn increase a partner’s ability and reach by providing them with the necessary support systems right from the outset and therefore making it easier for them to take up Samsung products. "
He added that Servassure had seen 'significant growth' in the number of accredited engineers and as a result had a 'dedicated' installation team on hand for Samsung partners.

Paul Templeton, general manager of Samsung’s Office Network Division, welcomed the partnership.

Templeton said the vendor believed the partnership would help it offer its partners a fully scaleable offer that will grow in line with their own businesses.
