All change after CHS takeover

The European Commission has approved the purchase of Metrologie by CHS Electronics, heralding management changes. Companies in the CHS group, including CHS, Karma, Metrologie and Romak, will produce revenues in excess of #650 million in the UK and retain their independence. Garry Boon will continue as regional director for the UK and Eire and will also manage the group. Mark Todd and Jan Lawford, previously director of sales and director of vendor relationships respectively, will be joint managing directors for CHS. Rob Johnson will continue as managing director of Metrologie and Dermot McElroy as managing director of Romak.
