Evesham riding high in HCI
PC builder provided over 300 firms' employees with access to tax-free computer equipment
Evesham Technology is claiming it has provided over 300 organisations with a Home Computer Initiative (HCI) scheme and completed over 20 per cent of total reported UK HCI schemes so far.
Bill Joss, business development director at Evesham Technology, said: "We ensure that we are always aware of updates to government guidelines so that our customers are offered the most up to date service possible."
Evesham offers HCI customers a choice of models otherwise not available from Evesham stores, plus a three-year on site maintenance warranty which guarantees repairs by Evesham’s own technical staff, HCI dedicated UK support lines and various delivery options.
The PC manufacturer has also implemented a fully automated, end-to-end HCI delivery process supported by a dedicated HCI sales and operational team. The same individuals then see a scheme through from beginning to end, ensuring that a familiar voice is always on hand to answer any queries and provide continuity, said Evesham.
