NextiraOne bags new Alcatel-Lucent certification
Vendor bolsters enterprise product set after making pan-European integrator first Multinational Business Partner
After unveiling integrator NextiraOne as the first company to be awarded its new Multinational Business Partner status, vendor Alcatel-Lucent has enhanced its enterprise product offering.
The vendor's Corporate Communications Solutions product suite was launched two years ago and comprises voice, data, unified communications (UC) and contact centre offerings. Alcatel-Lucent has now unveiled new releases of its OmniPCX Enterprise phone system, its OmniSwitch data centre switch and its OmniTouch UC and contact centre products.
Tom Burns, head of the vendor's enterprise activities, said: “Alcatel-Lucent continues to provide innovative, open standards solutions with SIP enhancements that help dynamic enterprises of all sizes save money as IP centralisation becomes a reality.”
NextiraOne was previously a Premium Partner in each of the 17 countries in which it has a presence. The VAR has also achieved all three of the vendor's solution specialisations: network infrastructure, unified communications and contact centres. It has been given the new group-wide Multinational Business Partner certification in recognition of its investments across Europe.
NextiraOne chief executive Rafi Kouyoumdjian said: “We earned Alcatel-Lucent Multinational Business Partner status because of our ongoing commitment to ensuring our people are uniquely qualified to help our customers significantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their business communications.”
Tom Eggemeier, Alcatel-Lucent's general manager of enterprise sales for Western Europe, added: “NextiraOne has been a very strong performer across Europe in all areas of our business. The partnership highlights its performance as an Alcatel-Lucent channel partner across Europe”.
