Firm acquires Forty One in eighth buy of the year
Technology Services Group (TSG) has made its eighth acquisition this year.
TSG, originally set up by Sage founder Graham Wylie, acquired Warrington-based reseller Forty One last week.
Nigel Hudson, group director at TSG, told CRN that the geography of Forty One is crucial. "This gives us more scale in Manchester. Forty One is great at general infrastructure services. We are buying quality companies, and giving them the rocket-fuel to grow."
He said the firm is already in "research mode" regarding a possible acquisition in the south.
