VARs to gain from partners
Griffin and TeleWare join forces
ISP Griffin Internet has partnered with hosted IP telephony provider TeleWare to increase the fortunes of both firms’ reseller bases.
The companies have claimed the partnership will be attractive to SMEs because it will save them money when running TeleWare’s voice offering over Griffin’s connectivity.
Andrew Dickinson, sales and marketing director at Griffin, said firms selling TeleWare’s soft switch will be recommended to partner with Griffin.
Steve Haworth, business development director at TeleWare, said: “Griffin operates an uncongested voice-ready network. It can set up wholesalers to sell their own-branded broadband in five working days.
“By connecting TeleWare’s hosted applications directly with Griffin, TeleWare VARs can avoid the public internet altogether, giving them more control over quality of service.”
