Stranded in paradise
'Life's good' at LG event as eruption disruption strands channel partners in Korea
Making the best of it: Life's Good in Seoul when you don't have to fly home
UK channel staff were snapped recently enduring slightly more Korean hospitality than expected, after ash from Icelandic volcano Eyjafjallajökull closed British airspace for almost a week in April.
The lucky -- or should that be unlucky? -- employees with an extended stay in Seoul hailed from various firms including Maverick, Midwich, Micro-P, and Ingram Micro as well as event host LG.
"What else do you expect me to do?" said one distributor representative, who shall remain nameless. "We had some t-shirts made. We are making the best of it! "
