Centrix to hit channel target with DNS Arrow
Application delivery vendor continues channel assault with first distribution appointment
Application delivery vendor Centrix Software has enlisted DNS Arrow
as its first UK distributor after opting to switch to a 100 per cent channel model.
Under the agreement DNS Arrow will provide support for Centrix WorkSpace, including marketing, sales and presales resources and educational courses.
Centrix has also recruited resellers Centralis and Cetus Solutions.
Lewis Gee, vice president of global sales at Centrix Software, who recently joined from VMware, said: “Starting with the release of WorkSpace 4 we will be transferring all products to go via the channel.
“DNS Arrow has a good UK and EMEA reach. EMEA is a region we plan to move into over the coming months.”
WorkSpace allows firms to consolidate the front end deployment of applications from multiple back-end infrastructure technologies.
Mike English, managing director of Centrix Gold partner Cetus Solutions, said:
“Centrix is a Citrix partner which fits well into our portfolio. The Citrix Dazzle is similar to WorkSpace, but only works in Citrix environments, unlike Centrix’s offering.”
Unveiling its Approved Partner Programme last week, Centrix wants to recruit up to 20 resellers over the next 12 months.
