Rogue Warrior

Rogue Wave Software has acquired Stingray Software to enhance its range of Java utilities for application development and to provide it with ActiveX controls and Microsoft Foundation Class add-ons. Stingray will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Rogue Wave, but will continue to be headquartered in Morrisville, North Carolina. The transaction is expected to close on 28 February.
