Distribution giant awarded Investor In People accolade after eight-month assessment

Ingram Micro has taken just eight months to grab a coveted Investors In People award.

The award, which it received last month, is based on the quality of business strategies, effectiveness of management, the way it involves and empowers employees and its focus on continuous improvement.
