TeleWare bags new Microsoft competency

Comms vendor deepens its alliance with Microsoft by gaining new Business Process competency

Communications vendor TeleWare has updated its partnership with Microsoft by bagging its ally’s new competency in Business Process and Integration and renewing its Microsoft Gold status.

The vendor, which offers IP voice as an on-premise, hosted or mobile solutions, said the new accreditation is a reflection of the increased need for in-depth integration between telephony and existing back office systems.

TeleWare has always based its telephony applications on Microsoft technologies. It stressed it has always kept up-to-date with the latest Microsoft developments to bring the vendor's desktop prowess to enterprise customers.

“Many of the projects we work on today have an integration element,” said Steve Haworth, chief executive of TeleWare Group.

“Enterprise voice is increasingly seen by businesses as a key element in maintaining employee productivity and ensuring high levels of customer service.”

Haworth added: “A major advantage for TeleWare is our agility; being UK based and having a large in-house development team, we are able to respond rapidly to customer integration needs and to work closely with our customer to ensure their telephony applications are maximising efficiency within the business.”
