Distributor adds vendor's range of IP surveillance and networked storage offerings to its portfolio
Watch out: VARs will be able to bolster their IP surveillance offerings as a result of new partnership between Computerlinks and D-Link
Computerlinks has bolstered its networking prowess by entering a partnership with D-Link.
Under the terms of the partnership, the pair will offer D-Link’s range of network storage and IP surveillance products to Computerlinks’ reseller base.
The two firms have also announced a fast-start programme to help resellers get up and running with sales of D-Link products with support sweeteners including technical training, a not-for-resale initiative, two out-of-the-box marketing campaigns and telemarketing-lead generation activity.
Dave Ellis, director of new technologies and services at Computerlinks, said: "We are delighted to be working with D-link. The addition of their cameras, encoders, networking and storage products to our portfolio will provide our partners with even more opportunities to deliver IP physical security and virtualisation solutions and help them grow their businesses.”
Chris Davies, general manager at D-Link UK and Ireland, said: “Computerlinks has a tremendous pedigree in providing packaged solutions to resellers, around which they can then deliver services to their customers. By working together we will now be able to deliver a whole range of new IP surveillance and storage solutions to the channel.”
