Another restructure for 3Com/USR
3Com/USR has been further thrown into turmoil as it was confirmed that the operation would undergo another restructure this week, coupled with the departure of Clive Hudson, VP of client access products.
The restructure comes as it emerged that John Macartney, president of the client access business unit, had left 3Com on 20 March for 'personal reasons'. Hudson, refused to comment.
Speculation has also heightened that the client access division will be merged into the recently consolidated enterprise and carrier departments (PC Dealer, 11 March).
3Com denied this but confirmed the restructure would take place.
