Intrinsic sees fruits of staff investment
Cisco and Avaya partner claims investment in staff and systems is feeding through into its numbers
Cashing in: Intrinsic has seen a spike in profits
Networking integrator Intrinsic Technology is on the verge of celebrating a 150 per cent spike in profits for its fiscal year 2010.
The Cisco Gold partner has seen overall sales growth of 45 per cent after investing heavily in staff and systems over the past 12 months.
Mike Mason, managing director of Intrinsic, said: “We have the ability to react to change and have made significant investment in our services-oriented business, our central support desk and our remote support. We have also increased our field engineering team.
“A lot of our competitors are downsizing in that space and as a result we have found it relatively easy to recruit the necessary high-level skills.”
Mason said he was also looking at potential acquisitions to complement organic growth and added that he was feeling “quietly confident” for 2011.
