ScriptLogic revises partner programme
Vendor includes a new partner category and more partner support
Vendor ScriptLogic has revised its channel programme to include a new partner category and more marketing support. It is also looking for additional resellers.
Founded in 2000, ScriptLogic produces network-administration software for Microsoft Windows-based networks. It opened its UK office 18 months ago.
The vendor wants new partners to come on board following the addition of a silver partner category to its channel programme.
Paul Downs, director of sales for EMEA at ScriptLogic, told CRN: “We had 10 platinum partners last year and 20 gold. This year we want 15 platinum partners and 30 gold. We will also look for silver partners now that we have announced this category, but there is no target of how many we want.
“Other enhancements to our programme centre around providing more marketing support to our partners, and also the introduction of a consultant licensing offering and a managed service provider programme.”
Peter Bruce, business development manager at platinum partner Cybis, said: “We were ScriptLogic’s first platinum partner across Europe. We have always had a good relationship with it.”
Caroline Stokes, sales and marketing manager at Thinstore International, said: “ScriptLogic is also arranging call-out days where it will visit VAR’ offices and help them follow up on leads.”
