Gamma Telecom opts for Griffin Internet

Network provider chooses ISP to supply IP connectivity

Network provider Gamma Telecom has selected ISP Griffin Internet to supply IP connectivity to support Gamma’s portfolio of voice over IP (VoIP) products.

Both Gamma and Griffin’s routes to market are 100 per cent through the channel. Under the deal, Gamma will ‘white label’ Griffin’s Managed Online Provisioning System (MOPS) platform and integrate MOPS into its own ordering and provisioning systems. This will extend Gamma’s ability to order lines, minutes and seats from one portal to its reseller partners.

Richard Bligh, marketing director at Gamma, said: “We are widely acknowledged by the channel as offering the best IP trunking and hosted voice products in the UK. We needed a partner with a similar focus.”

John Dawson, managing director of Griffin Internet, told CRN: “The deal with Gamma is good for the channel. Gamma spent almost six months testing us and our products, so it is a great endorsement that Gamma has selected Griffin, which in turn is good news for our channel partners.”

Andrew Dickinson, sales and marketing director at Griffin Internet, said: “We have enjoyed working with Gamma, and through the selection process we have built up a good working relationship.”
