ANS lifted by Novell support
VAR becomes high-level Support Partner
ANS is buoyant after being appointed as the UK’s first high-level Support Partner for Novell’s identity and security management (ISM) portfolio.
The accreditation ties in with Novell’s PartnerNet programme (CRN, 20 November), which aims to build partner focus around Linux, ISM, systems management and workgroups.

“Companies need to be comfortable that the partner can provide a very high level of service,” he said. “If it has a problem the partner has access to any level of Novell engineer.”
Novell would not reveal if an equivalent support accreditation would be introduced in its other PartnerNet areas, but said it was looking to recruit further ISM support partners. C
