Lexmark names consumables chief replacement

Head of business development for supplies shifts into director's seat

Paul Callow (pictured), who has moved into the channel director spot, will have his old position filled by Chris Law.

Lexmark UK and Ireland has moved Chris Law into the supplies director position that was formerly held by Paul Callow.

Callow moved into the channels director spot mid-year. Law was previously head of business development for EMEA supplies.

According to a statement from Lexmark, Law will be expected to boost the vendor’s market share in both consumer and business consumables, also working on raising customer service standards and environmental programme awareness.

Steve Purdy, UK general manager at Lexmark, said Law would drive current retail and B2B sales for the UK team, with a view to winning new customers.

“Law exemplifies what the Lexmark team stands for,” Purdy said.

Law joined Lexmark in 2002 as consumer products business manager. He has worked for both the distribution and direct mail areas of the business.
