Peoplesoft move HQ

Peoplesoft has moved its European HQ to Munich, Germany as part of its plans to offer pan-European customers one central point of contact for pre-sales and customer support services. The European HQ will be run by Howard Gwin as European GM. Steve Swift will be UK GM.
