Boardroom shake-up: Steve Neville is to leave Phoenix IT Services after 12 years
Phoenix IT Services managing director Steve Neville is to depart the company next year to be replaced by Fujitsu man Paul Parrish.
Documents seen by ChannelWeb reveal Neville, who turns 60 next month, is to retire on 31 March 2011. He has spent 12 years with the company.
His replacement will be Paul Parrish, currently UK managing director of vendor Fujitsu's Technology Solutions divisions. Prior to that, he spent three years heading up UK operations for Fujitsu Siemens Computers, a joint venture disbanded last year.
Parrish is to join Phoenix on 1 November this year and will assume the managing director position the day after incumbent Neville departs. His starting date coincides with the beginning of the firm's 2012 fiscal year.
The company's recently filed results reveal Phoenix IT Services grew turnover 1.6 per cent year-on-year to £108.4m in FY10.
