The administrators for failed Granville Technology have confirmed that a creditors meeting will not be taking place.

As CRN went to press, a representative for administrators Grant Thornton, said: “There are new regulations that mean that a creditors meeting does not have to take place. Grant Thornton has said that because there is no prospect of a dividend for the undisclosed creditors they are allowed to waiver holding a creditors meeting.”
