Service launched to improve relationships between vendors and the channel

A service dedicated to strengthening relationships between IT and telecoms vendors and the channel has been unveiled.

Launchpad Europe is designed to assist UK and European Union vendors in their “selection, support and development of channel partners”.

The firm centres on, although not exclusively, vendors’ relationships with distributors, resellers and system integrators. Launchpad’s services include business analysis, technical support and sales through the channel.

Ken Ingram, director of Launchpad Europe, said: “We support vendors with comprehensive technical expertise and market knowledge. We get them talking to the right people, for the maximum return on investment.”

Andy Cordial, managing director of VAR Origin Storage, said: “It’s operating like a broker or management agent, but the service also needs to be funded by vendors to get the channel interested.”
