2e2 offers Morse staff home

2e2 chief claims Morse operational management have "huge part to play" in enlarged firm

Burt: Morse has some very good people on board

2e2 has pledged to make room for top Morse executives in its management line-up as it closes in on completing its £70m acquisition of the reseller.

2e2 chief executive Terry Burt said the deal would resemble a merger rather than a takeover when it comes to staff integration.

“Morse has got some very good people that have presided over its recovery in tough times,” he said. “There is a huge part for their operational management to play moving forward and it would be unconscionable not to look at the talents available there.”

The acquisition is set to close on 24 June after shareholders gave it the green light last month.
