Signify launches formal partner programme
Hosted authentication vendor promises 35 per cent margin to top partners
Signify is looking for 20-30 formal partners
Hosted authentication specialist Signify aims to cement ties with 20 to 30 UK resellers through its first formal partner programme.
Founded in 2000, Signify bases its service on RSA Security’s authentication tokens and is the vendor’s only Europe-based managed security services provider partner.
The partner programme, which launches today, divides resellers into three tiers with top-level Gold partners earning margins of 35 per cent.
Sales and marketing director Gerard Kerrigan positioned Signify as the ‘John Lewis’ of the 2FA market.
“Our customer retention is in the high 90s so if a customer comes on board they will be with us for seven, eight, or nine years,” he said.
Kerrigan said Signify wanted to work more closely with three types of partner: security specialists, remote access resellers and cloud security outfits.
UK-only Signify grew revenues 40 per cent to just over £2m but is looking to grow to £5m-£10m within three years as it builds channels abroad.
Jo Shaw, account manager at Signify partner Ultima, said: “Signify handles everything from initial deployment and provisioning to dealing with lost tokens.
My customers have always been impressed with its ability to deliver.”
