Vocollect rubbers-stamps EMEA partners

44 EMEA resellers have met voice-directed technology vendor's qualification criteria

Voice-directed technology vendor Vocollect has announced its EMEA partner base has completed the Vocollect Voice Partner Programme (VVPP) in just six months.

Rolled out across Europe in January, the VVPP was established to enable end users to recognise which companies are professionally qualified to carry out a project successfully.

All 44 established partners in EMEA have completed the VVPP, certifying 425 Vocollect Voice Certified professionals.

Anton du Preez, business development manager for Vocollect UK, Ireland & South Africa, said: “We are delighted that so many partners have gained VVPP certification in such a short period of time.

“When this is combined with the continuing support that Vocollect is determined to offer under its Vocollect Voice Partner Programme, we can expect to see the expansion of Voice in the supply chain maintain its substantial growth in 2009.”

To ensure VVPP standards are maintained, partners have to renew their certification annually.

David Stanhope, chef executive of Vocollect partner VoiteQ said: “We are pleased that Vocollect has formally acknowledged our work with voice, by making VoiteQ the first Vocollect partner to be certified as a Voice Solution Provider.”

Ciaran Lavelle, sales manager for Heavey RF a Vocollect established partner, said: “Heavey RF was delighted to participate in the Vocollect Voice Certified Partner programme.

“It further increases our technical ability and adds to the investment made already in training.”
