Microsoft buys Mesa Group

Microsoft has acquired the Mesa Group, a data and collaborative application migration services company. The software giant plans to offer free Mesa tools for migrating from Notes to Exchange with Exchange Server. Microsoft refused to say how much it paid for the company.
