Target scores open day success
Distributor meets 250 of its resellers and vendors during one-day event
Target's staff helped partners brush up on new product launches and demonstrations
Distributor Target Components attracted more than 250 VARs and vendors to its annual open day.
The distributor hosted the day at its Castleford HQ, at the beginning of this month.
VARs used the event to brush up on product launches, demonstrations and training.
Paul Cubbage, managing director of Target, said: "Obviously, we speak to our customers every day, but we rarely get the opportunity to meet face to face, and certainly no other event allows us to meet so many on one day."
Cubbage said Target’s growth over the past 12 months has been a result of customer service and strong relations with its resellers.
The event raised more than £1,000 for Target's nominated charity, The Prince of Wales Hospice.
